Book now for Film Night at Coombe Keynes Church!
The Coombe Keynes Trust is taking part in the Purbeck Film Festival this year, with a showing of ‘Summerland’ (rated PG) on Friday 28th October.
The film is set during World War II and is about an Englishwoman who opens her heart to an evacuee after initially resolving to be rid of him. It’s a moving journey of womanhood, love and friendship featuring Gemma Arterton, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Penelope Wilton and Tom Courtney.
The film kicks off at 7.30pm – but we’ll be serving food and drinks beforehand.
Please do join us from 6pm to enjoy a drink from Barman Jan and a bowl of chilli with nachos and guacamole. Freshly made popcorn will be available for the film.
We look forward to seeing you there!
